Fernanda was appearing on Brazilian television shows at the age of nine and won the "Elite Look of the Year" contest at 13. The following year she was invited by agents to Sao Paulo to pursue modeling. Since then Fernanda has been one of the leaders in the "Great Brazilian Invasion" appearing in countless runway shows and a long list of editorial campaigns. She has appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition several times, including the 2007 edition. At 26 years old Fernanda is a modeling veteran with a career still going strong.
